From workpiece requirements to workshop implementation, explain each link clearly.

TITANWELD provides equipment selection, production line matching and project communication around the cutting, assembly, welding, correction and surface treatment of welded H-shaped steel. The welding equipment factory and laser cutting equipment factory in Wuxi Xinwu District were both established in 2012; the welding robot factory in Wuxi Binhu District was established in 2017. Three factories handle China operations, and a Shanghai company was established in 2023 to handle global operations.

Company

Wuxi Manufacturing Base · Three factories serving China business

Wuxi Xinwu District has a welding equipment factory and a laser cutting equipment factory, both founded in 2012; Wuxi Binhu District has a welding robot factory, founded in 2017. Three factories are responsible for China operations. The needs of the steel structure workshop include both the continuous production of conventional H-shaped steel and the positioning and process changes caused by variable cross-sections and asymmetrical workpieces. We use actual drawings and on-site conditions as the starting point to connect plate preparation, workpiece clamping, welding configuration and subsequent correction one by one.

Company

Shanghai company · Established in 2023, responsible for global business

The Shanghai company was established in 2023 and is responsible for global business. It is responsible for demand communication, equipment solutions and delivery coordination, and coordinates with the three manufacturing plants in Wuxi. The current business covers split H-beam welding production lines, integrated welding and straightening machines, as well as supporting equipment such as flame plasma cutting, steel plate and section steel laser cutting, and shot blasting. We organize the cross-section range, process standards, plant conditions and installation preparation into discussable technical items, so that the equipment range corresponds to the customer's actual production goals.

Talk to Dean

Dean · Deputy General Manager

Dean is your project communications contact. The initial communication can start with a few representative workpiece drawings and factory floor plans: first confirm the product and production goals, and then discuss equipment combinations, configuration boundaries, installation conditions and matters that require cooperation from both parties.

Work philosophy

Start with real workpieces and site conditions. Explain equipment capabilities, configuration boundaries and delivery requirements clearly, and move every project forward through honest communication.

Project Services

From demand assessment to production handover, every step has clear results.

Sizing is more than just a list of machines. Each stage requires clear input data, technical work and handover documents, and then the confirmed scope is written into the project technical agreement.

01

Requirements and process assessment

Customer provided
Representative workpiece drawings, material grades, size ranges, weld requirements and target production volumes.
Technical work
Distinguish between conventional, tapered-section and asymmetric workpieces, sort out cutting, assembly, main weld, straightening and surface treatment requirements to identify key conditions limiting selection.
Phase results
Workpiece scope table, process requirements list and items requiring further verification.
02

Machine selection and production line matching

Customer provided
Workpiece range, batch structure, shifts and existing equipment sorted out.
Technical work
Compare the split line and the integrated machine line; determine the welding power source, clamping range, conveying unit and necessary supporting equipment item by item, and distinguish between standard configuration and optional equipment.
Phase results
Equipment configuration matrix, model comparison, supply boundary and process connection description.
03

Factory and logistics planning

Customer provided
Factory floor plan, column and door positions, crane capacity, power supply, air source and site restrictions.
Technical work
Arrange raw materials, work stations, in-process and finished product areas, and check the incoming and outgoing materials, turning hoisting, maintenance space and operating channels of long workpieces.
Phase results
Floor plan recommendations, site preparation, and utility inventory with orientation and interface markings.
04

Technical confirmation and factory inspection

Customer provided
Technical agreement, sample conditions and acceptance items confirmed by both parties.
Technical work
Check the supply configuration, mechanical and electrical functions, and safety devices as agreed; record the process settings and inspection results for the agreed test pieces.
Phase results
Factory inspection records, test machine records, packing information and matters requiring on-site review.
05

Installation, commissioning and operation training

Customer provided
Completion of site preparation, arrangement of installation personnel, test materials and consumables.
Technical work
Carry out equipment positioning, connection and commissioning according to the project scope, handover operation procedures, key points for model change, daily inspection and safe shutdown methods.
Phase results
Installation and commissioning records, training points, on-site acceptance records and to-do list.
06

Operational support and spare parts coordination

Customer provided
Equipment model and number, fault phenomenon, alarm information, photos or videos and maintenance records.
Technical work
First check the operating conditions and fault scope, then coordinate remote troubleshooting, spare parts matching or on-site service; record handling measures and resumption inspection.
Phase results
Problem handling records, spare parts identification list and subsequent maintenance recommendations.

The document format, number of test pieces, service methods and division of responsibilities at each stage are confirmed in the project technical agreement.

Quality and Delivery

Let the acceptance items correspond to the actual workpieces

FAT (factory acceptance) confirms the agreed configuration and test status; SAT (site acceptance) confirms the installation and operating conditions of the equipment at the customer's site. Weld inspection, dimensional tolerances and surface treatment indicators shall be carried out according to the workpiece, process and standards agreed by both parties.

Device operation support

Installation, training and after-sales support

After-sales service begins with preparation before delivery. After the equipment is put into production, clear fault information, spare parts identification and processing records will help the technical team accurately determine the next step.

  1. Record the on-site status first

Contact Dean and provide the equipment number, workpiece material and size, alarm screen, fault occurrence steps and on-site photos or videos. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine according to the operating procedures; perform power outage and energy isolation before maintenance.

  2. Check conditions and locate problems

Combined with alarms, operation records and equipment information, check the power supply, gas source, consumables, parameters and mechanical status. Matters suitable for remote processing will be checked one by one; when spare parts or on-site processing are needed, resources and arrangements will be confirmed.

  3. Confirm recovery after processing

After the replacement or adjustment is completed, the function and safety status shall be checked as agreed, and then the test piece shall be verified. Record the handling measures, remaining problems and follow-up inspection items to avoid judging that the equipment has been restored just by the disappearance of the alarm.

Installation and training

The installation method, on-site personnel cooperation, training content, travel and time arrangements shall be implemented as agreed on the project. The factory building foundation, utilities, hoisting and test machine materials should be prepared one by one before entering the site.

Spare parts and warranty

Spare parts must be matched by equipment number, part model and photo. The warranty period, scope of application, wearing parts, transportation and on-site service fees are subject to the corresponding contract terms.

Contact across time zones

You can leave service requirements and fault information via email or WhatsApp at any time. Technical processing and on-site service arrangements must be confirmed based on the nature of the problem, location, and agreement between both parties.
