拋丸回收與除塵怎樣搭配:把維護空間和接口一起落實

First distinguish the tasks of the two paths

Abrasive circulation normally includes collection, conveying, lifting, separation, storage and feeding, returning reusable media to the blast wheels. The dust-collection system extracts dust-laden air from designated points, treats it and discharges or disposes of it as agreed. Recovered abrasive and filtered dust are different tasks; fan power alone does not prove that the auxiliary system is complete.

Actual construction varies by model and project. The supply documents should indicate each device, connection location, maintenance direction and control interface, so that the site knows what other equipment besides the main machine requires foundation, space, power supply and pipelines.

An installation interface list is more useful than a main machine outline diagram

Separate diagnosis of abrasive and dust abnormalities

The decrease in cleaning effect may come from insufficient abrasive supply, changes in separation status, or from incoming materials or coverage problems. Dust, dust leakage and abnormal material accumulation in the machine need to be investigated along the corresponding paths. Don't cover up the root cause with constant refilling of abrasive or simply raising the fan setting.

Maintenance based on manual and status

Material levels, equipment readings, external leaks, abnormal sounds and operating alarms can be recorded at permitted inspection locations on a daily basis. For maintenance of the interior of the inspection port, the movement mechanism and the electrical system, the machine should be shut down and the power supply, air source and possible energy storage should be isolated as required to confirm that the equipment will not start accidentally.

Arrange maintenance of filter media, seals, wear-resistant and transmission parts according to equipment documents and actual status, and do not use unconfirmed unified replacement hours. When a fault occurs repeatedly, the working conditions, alarms, photos and performed operations should be retained to facilitate locating the cause, rather than just cleaning up the accumulated material each time.

Materials and emission conditions should be specified at the planning stage

Dust characteristics are related to incoming materials, old coatings and contaminants, and dust removal and waste disposal must be suitable for the actual process and installation site requirements. A system originally selected for a certain carbon steel job cannot be changed to handle other materials or specially coated workpieces without evaluation.

Discharge locations, pipeline conditions, dust collection transfer and maintenance accessibility should be clarified in advance on site. If local or specific dust requirements require additional protection measures, they should be implemented into the system by corresponding professional design. A description of "equipped with a dust collector" cannot be regarded as proof of full suitability.

Executable maintenance information should be available upon delivery

  • Final assembly layout, material and air flow paths, energy and control interface lists.
  • Operation and maintenance files, checkpoints and allowable operating conditions for each component.
  • Wear parts models, recommended spare parts and replacement parts identification methods.
  • Outage isolation, exception reporting, and recovery operations processes.
  • The baseline state recorded during commissioning and the representative workpiece surface results.
  • Clarify which maintenance should be performed on site, which maintenance personnel need to be contacted, and which fault information should be prepared.
