Information you actively provide
The inquiry includes name, email address, project requirements, and the WhatsApp/Telegram contact information you choose to fill in, company, country, workpiece size, material, production target or drawings. We use this information to respond to inquiries, verify equipment configurations and advance your project requirements. It is not necessary to provide all technical information for the first contact.
Purpose of project information
Information related to equipment selection, layout, and delivery for communication with business and technical personnel responsible for the project. Please only provide documents that are authorized to be used for discussion on this project; if the drawings require a confidentiality agreement, please contact Dean first to confirm how to handle it.
Browser preferences and temporary drafts
Your external media selections are saved in the current browser. When a formal inquiry is submitted, the filled text may be temporarily stored in the current tab for recovery after failure to send; the draft does not contain attachments and will be cleared after recovery or successful return, and will not be restored after 30 minutes. Completion of planning information forms is not automatically sent or persisted.
YouTube, Google Maps and contact links
The images and fonts on this site use local resources. YouTube player and Google Maps are only loaded when you actively open the corresponding content. At that time, the service provider may receive IP address, device information, etc. and process it according to its policies. Email, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn and YouTube links open the corresponding services.
Modify selections and contact requests
You can change external-media settings under “Privacy choices” in the footer. For enquiries, corrections or deletion of submitted information, contact Dean at dean.wang@titan-weld.com. We will review the request in relation to the project’s status and explain separately any records that must be retained for contract performance or applicable requirements.
Current review version
The local review page will not send forms or upload attachments, and clicking submit will not be considered as the inquiry has been delivered. If you need to discuss a real project, you can contact Dean using the email address on the page, WhatsApp or Telegram. Before the official launch, the responsible parties, actual processing methods and record retention arrangements will be checked.
